You accompany the annual target process and develop segment-based sales and control approaches You design customer-oriented product, service and sales solutions together with product advertisers and departments You analyze the performance of the segments using relevant KPIs and derive optimization measures You support sales units and executives as savings partners:in and strengthen digital and media consulting approaches

You have a completed economic study or a comparable qualification You bring knowledge of sales management, segment management or comparable strategic sales functions with You have a good understanding of market, customer and product relationships in the banking environment You think analytical, work structured and derive clear recommendations from data and developments You like to work connected, communicate confidently and successfully bring together different interests
