Vigilance & Complaints Employee (m/f/d)

As a technology leader in the field of neurosurgery implants, we develop and manufacture highly specialized solutions for the derivation of brain water – with precision, innovative strength and responsibility for our patients suffering from hydrocephalus. You ensure that customer feedback and complaints are carefully checked, documented and evaluated. You will make an important contribution to product safety, product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements in the field of complaint and vigilance.

You check incoming products and complaints based on specified specifications and document your results. You rate customer feedback regarding quality, product safety and possible reporting incidents. You create complaint reports and contribute to the preparation of reports on serious incidents. You collect and maintain complaint data in our database and ensure complete documentation. You prepare data for reports, key figures and trend analyses. You support the analysis of complaints and the implementation and follow-up of improvement measures to ensure and further develop our product and process quality.

a completed commercial or technical vocational training, e.g. as technical assistance, industrial businessman (w/m/d) or in a comparable area first professional experience, ideally in quality management, complaint management or medical technology Interest in technical products and willingness to work on new topics and relationships Pleasure to examine facts, to document them and to follow them carefully a structured, conscientious and independent working and a good eye for details safe handling of the PC and the ability to work quickly into new programs and database systems very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
