Head of Finance (m/f/d)

With your team of about 30 employees from the household, accounting and cash registers, you are responsible for the appointment and quality of the upcoming work processes within the financial department. This means: Development, optimization and maintenance of further digitalization, including the introduction of the document management system Meeting policy decisions, dealing with difficult individual cases and ensuring the introduction of turnover tax Responsibility for effective controlling, liquidity management and asset management motivating and orienting team leadership through susceptibility, transparent expectation and constructive solution orientation Advice and support of bodies and contact person for the Audit Office and auditor

completed studies (e.g. business management or administrative sciences), or a commercial training, supplemented by corresponding further training (e.g. tax specialist) multiannual management experience from accounting, combined with high IT affinity, balance sheet security and secure fiscal knowledge a clear, binding and open communication, the ability to inspire employees and to guide them in a targeted manner, as well as service orientation (e.g. willingness to evening dates), joy of advice and a simple presentation of complex commercial matters Interest in ecclesiastical structures, desire for change management and perseverance
