You guide the group ''International shipping / loading, industrial customers and parcel service'' professionally and disciplinaryly. The further development of your team (about 11 employees) is also your responsibility. As a central point of contact: in day-to-day shift, you can control the inter­nal processing and loading processes in the logistics center as well as industrial customer processing and the package service sector. You are responsible for the preparation of annual shift and annual leave planning as well as the weekly shift and resource planning. The implementation of innovative and creative logistics concepts as well as the handling of customer-specific requirements in day-to-day activities, while maintaining internal and external requirements, are also part of your field of activity. You are concerned with the organization and maintenance of product and storage restrictions, the monitoring of stocks and the implementation of situational corrective measures. With the help of meaningful departmental indicators, you will be able to carry out specific efficiency projects to increase productivity and quality according to objectives. You agree closely with other group leaders and the dispatch line to use synergies and ensure optimal cooperation.
