Dough technologist / master baker / baking trainer (m/f/d)

Training courses and trainings on flour parameters, kneading, cooking and baking for different groups of persons. You are responsible for carrying out experiments in the technology development center, focusing on dough processing and baking. In doing so, you take part in the management of the line employees in the course of the trial series. You serve and optimize various test lines and systems, such as the pressteig or roll line. In technology development projects, you actively participate in your experiment planning and implementation as well as your expertise in dough technology and dough processing. In addition, you support industrialization processes in terms of joint product development projects with international product developers. You also accompany commissioning and optimization of production lines in Germany and abroad.

You have a completed training as a baker or you have a training as a baker, which you have expanded with a degree as a technician. In addition, you have extensive raw material and processing knowledge in the bakery sector, especially for dough production and foretaste. knowledge in the operation of industrial lines or as trainers or Backtrainers are advantageous. You are a team player, are responsible, communicative, innovative and show a great commitment. You also have very good English skills and like to use them.
