You conduct the business of the Kreishandwerkerschaft Gütersloh- Bielefeld and the 42 articulations associated with it with personnel, organizational and financial responsibility and work closely with the volunteer board You represent the trade union of Gütersloh- Bielefeld with respect to politics and other institutions; PR and public relations are part of your daily business, as well as the development and maintenance of cooperation with network partners You maintain close contact with the innkeepers and inform in information and training events on current topics of craftsmanship You carry out individual consultations, provide added value for the member companies through their qualifications and serve craft businesses in diverse topics such as e.g. B. for business decisions You actively work on the strategic and conceptual securing and further development of the consulting and service offer of the Kreishandwerkerschaft Gütersloh- Bielefeld and place emphasis on the different concerns of the member companies You represent and represent the Kreishandwerkerschaft Gütersloh- Bielefeld at evenings and at weekends at board meetings of the Innungen and the Kreishandwerkerschaft as well as at various events, social events and anniversaries

You have a degree or master's degree or a comparable qualification and have several years of experience in the fields of activity shown. You are a strong leadership person who can equally motivate, demand and promote employees You communicate convincingly and clearly and you can imagine ideas structured, explain complex relationships in a comprehensible manner and explain necessary changes in a comprehensible way. You have a high IT affinity, know well in the field of modern information technologies and have already successfully implemented IT-related projects You bring a deep understanding of the business needs of an administration and are able to analyze, control and monitor them in a structured manner. You possess relevant management experience - ideally in an organization of the craftsmanship or a comparable institution - and are well connected in the economy and society, preferably in the area of Gütersloh- Bielefeld You are a communicative personality with a certain appearance and can speak with entrepreneurs, institutions, politics and associations at eye level It is characterized by customer-oriented thinking and pragmatic action, and You are also open to new solutions and have a high level of social competence, are flexible, resilient and committed You have passion for crafts and understand the special challenges and opportunities of the industry In view of the central role of this position in regional craftsmanship, we presuppose that you live in the Gütersloh- Bielefeld area or are willing to transfer your headquarters to the region.
