What is our heart: You are registered:r Student:in the courses of economics, social sciences, (economic) psychology or a comparable course of study and communicate very well in German (C1) and well in English. With your independent and structured way, you work reliably and independently. You have very good knowledge of MS Office and have ideally already gained first experience in the staff sector.

Your tasks: Support our HR Business partners in day-to-day business (e.g. administration of employee data, personnel development) and thus gain exclusive insights into our personnel work. In addition, you are actively preparing for various campaigns (e.g. Salary Review, Talent Review). As a competent contact person: you help our employees in questions about their documents (e.g. work contracts, etc.). Create the contracts for your future colleagues. You actively engage in change projects.
