They ensure that our knowledge platform works smoothly, help users build areas and pages and actively contribute to the further development of our internal knowledge management. You support our users in 2nd and 3rd level support (e.g. permissions, Access problems, configuration issues, technical errors, app and integration problems, manufacturer escalation). You set and manage users, groups and permissions in the Confluence Cloud. You help teams structure their areas and sides (e.g. space design, Templates, macros, navigation). You actively participate in updates, new features and apps. You analyze and troubleshoot disturbances – together with our Atlassian administrators or manufacturer support if necessary. You create and maintain user documentation, How-Tos and Best Practices directly in Confluence. You support training, onboarding, and workshops so that Confluence can be used efficiently.

A completed IT and/or commercial training – e.g. as a specialist (m/w/d) and experience in support for end users. (m/w/d) with demonstrable expertise are also welcome. Enthusiasm for digitalization and knowledge management as well as the willingness to introduce your own ideas. Experience in – or strong interest in – dealing with Atlassian products (Confluence, Jira), but at least in dealing with content management or knowledge management systems (e.g. Wikis). A pronounced service orientation, clear communication and the ability to to provide comprehensible solutions. Experience in IT service management, ideally with knowledge in ITIL processes (e.g. incident, problem and change management) – an ITIL certification is beneficial, but no need. Good communication skills with very good German (level C1 or higher) and English skills (level B2 or higher)
