HR Business Partner / Human Resources Officer (m/f/d)

You advise and support employees and executives in all personal questions and accompany our employees across the entire HR cycle – from entry to exit. Own-sponsored control of the entire recruiting process – from the creation and switching of job alerts to applicant management to the successful setting of new employees. Together with the executives, you develop and optimise measures to attract new talents and actively participate in the expansion of our employer brand (Employer Branding). You are analysing existing HR processes and managing their optimization and digitization. Active participation in HR projects as well as co-design and further development of modern personnel work.

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of human resources, business management or business psychology – or a commercial training with further training as a specialist (m/w/d). Multiannual professional experience in human resources is advantageous. You are interested in modern HR topics such as talent acquisition, employer branding and the digitalization of HR processes. Communication strength, safe occurrence and joy in dealing with different target groups are yours. Own initiative, organisational skills and a hands-on mentality: you're packing up and thinking strategically. A structured, independent way of working as well as fun working together in the team complete your profile.
