Number: MER0003NEM As part of the internship, you will become part of our project team for the S- and EQS class as well as a new high performance vehicle based on the AMG.EA platform. Together with our product start engineers, you will support the start-up of the new AMG.EA series. Our task is to secure the serial capability from the first hardware setup to series production with our project partners and to implement an optimal product design. The vehicle is first constructed in our upstream series production, the start-up factory and is subsequently transferred to the series production. Here you will get a comprehensive insight into the cross-functional processes and operational processes of vehicle assembly as well as into the tasks of our business partners such as Development Research & Development (RD), production planning, quality management, assembly and logistics. By preparing and participating in management meetings, you will receive valuable skills that will be enriched both professionally and personally. These challenges include: Accompanying our vehicles during assembly in the start-up factory or during production tests in series environment Analysis, documentation and tracking of problems occurring accompanying the vehicle construction Support in selecting and coordinating appropriate storage and optimization measures Protection of product changes with digital tools and sample components in cubing or fixing vehicles Analysis of components and system with optical/tactile measurement methods or installation tests with 3D printing parts Working and carrying out investigations in the vehicle analysis workshop Creation and presentation of project documents for documentation and decision-making In addition to working in the day-to-day business, you will also get the chance to implement your innovative ideas independently. The internship can start from September 2025.
