Production Controller - SAP R/3 / SAP S/4HANA / Controlling (m/w/d)

The Bott Group develops and produces vehicle facilities, operating facilities and workplace systems at three European locations. Worldwide, its products offer customers in industry and crafts. Your efficient work in manufacturing, service and assembly is the focus here. They are business partners for COO and operational management in the fields of production, logistics, purchasing, development and quality assurance You maintain Controlling relevant data and processes in SAP R3 (MM/PP/CO) for the entire production area They actively develop the controlling instruments and methods, such as the construction of a key-number-based target-actual reporting You analyze production processes, show cost reduction and optimization potentials and guide action recommendations that you follow They build monthly review and performance meetings, perform them and moderate them They create product calculations, determine intercompany billing prices and actively participate in the monthly and annual accounts as well as in the stock assessment

You have a successfully completed business studies with a focus on controlling or a comparable degree They have relevant professional experience in the production controlling of an industrial company You have profound knowledge in MS Excel, SAP R3 and/or SAP S/4HANA and ideally have experience in handling BI tools They speak fluent German and English and are ready to travel about 2-3 days a month They have pronounced analytical and conceptual skills, complemented by a very good process understanding and a solution-oriented, structured way of working They occur safely, are highly communication and team-oriented, show joy of use, think across departments and have a pronounced hands-on mentality
