As an operating buyer (m/w/d) with the focus on repairs, you conduct negotiations and assign orders to suppliers (m/w/d). They accompany the order process including the implementation and documentation from the beginning to the end. You are also responsible for the proactive analysis of critical procurement requirements with the accompanying introduction of countermeasures. Your further tasks include: Collection of technical/commercial offers and their evaluations Implementation of the appointment tracking including Maher Processing of claims notifications in coordination Examination of specifications for completeness/plausibility and clarification of inconsistencies Compensation of needs with SAP and in direct coordination with the Strategic and Project Procurement Management and other interfaces

Complete technical training or 3-year professional training Professional experience or special training in purchasing Knowledge of (public) contract law desirable Computer knowledge (SAP, MS Office) Good English knowledge of word and writing Communication strength and enforcement capacity as well as negotiation skills
