The position is to be taken as part of the transfer of workers and ideally full-time (min. 30 h).

This brings the job

• Support of sales management in administrative tasks
• Creation of statistics, diagrams and presentations
• cooperation with the external service, in particular in order processing, the creation of offers and the processing of spare parts and plant orders
• Correspondence with internal and external contact persons, processing of input and travel cost accounting as well as the organisation of travel, events and meetings
• Acquisition of after-sales services and related customer correspondence
• Responsibility for the timing, settlement and control of payment transactions
• Creation of bank guarantees and the processing of accreditations in cooperation with other departments

Your strengths

• Completed commercial training (industrial, bank or wholesale trade) - with a technology affinity
• Professional experience in sales services, as sales assistance or in customer consulting in export business, like in machine and plant engineering
• Ideally experience in managing bank guarantees and accreditation
• Good knowledge of German and English (Wort & Writing) in the best case
• Trusts in handling MS Office applications and SAP
• Embossed organizational capacity, care and responsibility
• Communication strength and joy in contact with various internal and external contacts - also international
