Civil Engineer Building Construction / Civil Engineering Substations (m/f/d)

A task that challenges. As a civil engineer:in civil engineering / civil engineering substations (m/w/d) you shape the energy future with us. You secure the energy supply in the region and make a contribution to the energy transition. You as a designer:in: You take over the overriding coordination as well as the assignment into the required HSE measures and thus make a significant contribution to the safe implementation of our construction measures on 110/20 kV transformers and medium-voltage switchgear. You as an energy hero:in: You ensure compliance with all labour, health and environmental regulations that apply to the respective project. In addition, you coordinate the externally mandated security coordinator:inside for further measures. You as Strateg:in: You develop concepts to support the construction sites and create the interface to the overarching HSE department. In addition, you implement the internal group requirements and legal regulations for the new construction and conversion of high-voltage and medium-voltage switching systems and apply them. Safe handling of external project participants is not strange to you. You as a driver:in and pioneer:in: You judge and optimise the working environment in terms of health, safety and the environment. You check the safety standard in the context of construction site visits and construction meetings and develop solutions to meet them. You bring new ideas and implement them with both internal and external stakeholders. Your appearance with effect: You are training and instructing all participants in the construction measure and thus actively contribute to the secure project execution. In addition, you’re posing risk assessments, designing operational instructions and supporting audits.

Ideally, you can already provide training and relevant experience as a security coordinator:in accordance with RAB30. You bring a completed university degree in the field of civil engineering or architecture or a comparable qualification.
