Exciting insights into the sustainability management of a forward-looking energy supplier and active cooperation in projects for sustainable corporate governance The chance to further develop our sustainability report refund and actively support the implementation of the new EU-wide reporting obligation (CSRD) Responsibility for the structured preparation and documentation of relevant sustainability topics and participation in the sustainable development of Badenova by identifying potential for improvement The possibility to make our effect visible through transparent external communication and participation in events Your conditions: The internship takes place in full time from 01.10.2026 to 28.02.2027

Interest in the course of your Bachelor's or Master's studies with the subject of sustainability management, energy management, environmental sciences, business management, or a comparable degree course to gain valuable practical experience Joy in diverse questions of sustainable transformation combined with the curiosity of the challenges of the energy transition and at the same time the ability to keep the essential in mind Organizational talent and fun in a structured, independent way of working, ideally complemented by joy in working with numbers Enthusiasm for agile working methods and safe handling of MS Office, especially very good Excel skills
