RHEIKA-DELTA Warenhandelsgesellschaft mbH is a subsidiary of EDEKA Handelsgesellschaft Hessenring mbH, based in Melsungen. We operate the Herkules shopping center in our core area of Hesse, Thuringia and South Lower Saxony, as well as the Herkules building and garden markets.

For the Rheika Delta Warenhandelsgesellschaft mbH at the Bad Vilbel site, we are now looking for a department manager (m/w/d) meat department.

Craftsmanship: You are responsible for the production of salads and minced meat and for the production of sausage dishes

Decoration and design: With creativity you create an attractive presentation and placement of our products for our meat counter

Customer advice: You serve and advise our customers professionally and convince by your friendly appearance

MRP: The demand-oriented ordering and receipt of goods as well as the goods receipt processing and the copies are not new for you

Order: You provide a clean and inviting operating area at any time and the correct price marking of our products

Inventory: You carry out the inventory in the meat and sausage department

Organization: The work processes actively control and distribute tasks within your team

Personal responsibility: Your work area includes staff planning and staff management

Quality assurance: Regular monitoring of the minimum durability data and strict compliance with the QM guidelines and the statutory provisions according to HACCP are also part of your area of responsibility

Education: You ideally have a successfully completed training for the meat, butcher or cook

Experience and knowledge: As an alternative to vocational training, you have been able to gain practical experience in the area of meat decommissioning and processing and production of meat products

Customer orientation and communication strength: You convince by an open, powerful and helpful appearance

Teamability: You are a reliable team player with enforcement capability as well as high responsibilities and performance

Commitment: You have fun and enjoy dealing with food as well as a high understanding of quality, hygiene, cleanliness and are safe to use the HACCP guidelines
