In this role as a helper (m/w/d) food production, you can actively contribute to producing high-quality products that people enjoy every day. With your shift operation, mainly in a 3-shift system, you contribute to ensuring the smooth running of our production. Your work includes varied tasks and offers you the opportunity to develop practical skills in an exciting field of work.

• Operating and monitoring of production plants
• Mixing and preparing raw materials according to defined recipes
• Ensure product quality through controls during the production process
• Packaging and labelling of finished products
• compliance with hygiene and safety standards in accordance with Directives

We are looking for

No specific qualifications are required for this position as a helper (m/w/d) - food production, making it ideal for professionals or persons with at least three years of experience. It is important that you are motivated, flexible and willing to take part in an exciting environment. We are looking for someone who shows their own initiative and is happy to work in the team.

• No specific training necessary, first experience in production is advantageous
• Ready to work in the 3-shift system
• Team spirit and good communication skills
• Careful work and compliance with quality standards
• Physical loadability and fast reaction capacity
