· Live hospitality · Preparation and presentation of our fish and marine specialities · Advice of our guests · Selling our products including cashier activities

• Next to the fish we have:-

· Flexible and regulated times of use (from Monday to Saturday), no night work · Leisure hours account for additional work · Flexible and regulated working hours for individual planning · Payment by tariff (Bundesverband der Systemgastronomie), and Holiday and Christmas money, employee discounts and premiums · Professional clothing including cleaning
