We are a young, independent watch manufacturer in the Saxon Glashütte, who is committed to the craftsmanship of Moritz Grossmann. Since our foundation in November 2008, we have undergone a dynamic development. A small team of specialists designed, developed, manufactured, finissed, assembled and presents mechanical timepieces in a handcrafted and traditional way for demanding watch lovers.

For this we need people who master modern CNC technology to have a good feel for materials and to bring joy to demanding production. To strengthen our team we are looking for you as

CNC-Fräser (m/w/d) – Precision for finest watchmaking

Your profile

• They have completed vocational training in a metal profession, preferably as CNC milling machines or machining mechanics
• They ideally have knowledge and experience in the field of CNC milling
• Good understanding of machining, tools and cutting data
• High quality awareness and joy in precise work
• They work independently, structured and targeted

Your tasks

• Manufacturing of sophisticated precision parts on modern CNC milling machines
• Self-assembly and operation of the machines
• Work according to technical drawings and CNC programs
• Optimization and adaptation of CNC programs
• Production of individual parts and small series
• Implementation of measurement and quality controls
• Detection and elimination of manufacturing problems
• Self-execution of maintenance work
