The Daimler Buses Service Center Zwenkau/Leipzig is responsible for the repair, maintenance and maintenance of buses from Setra and Mercedes-Benz. We are a team of 30 employees and are looking for you as an employee in the field of service consulting. We represent the interface between clients, the workshop and the service center and ensure a smooth running of service and repair processes. You ensure optimal customer service and customer support You prepare diagnoses and carry them through You set the repair and customer service volumes and set up repair orders and repair extensions You can secure the cost agreements and their documentation You carry out end controls You are responsible for customer follow-up and active customer acquisition

You have completed training as a mechatronic, body builder or comparable training You have a professional training (e.g. training as a service consultant, etc.) You have very good product knowledge You have a strong communication capability You have comprehensive knowledge of all common IT systems (SAP, BusDoc, EPC, ETOL, WPS, etc.) You bring high performance, flexibility and team skills You own a category CE or D license The compliance of behavioral policies (compliance) is obvious to you
