Your tasks

• Adjust, initiate and qualify employees of the different work areas
• Internal personnel management
• Contact person for residents, relatives and nurses
• Creation and monitoring of service and holiday plans
• Budget planning and monitoring
• Development of care concepts and daily routines

You bring

• A completed, at least three years of vocational training as an elderly caregiver, health caregiver, health caregiver and child caregiver, or a completed study towards health and care
• Experience in the line area desirable, however, as a cross-input also possible
• Flexibility and high social competence
• Happy work in the team
• Understanding the basic needs of a vulnerable person
• Certain working methods
