Processing of debitor and creditor accounting in our company-specific software Examination, confirmation and booking of input and output invoices Maintenance and updating of master, owner, object and supplier data Creation of payment proposals lists and preparation and implementation of payment procedures Monitoring and clarification of open items Voting debitor, creditor and property accounts Support in the creation of monthly accounts

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally in real estate or finance Professional experience of about 3–5 years in debitor/creditor accounting Experience in WEG or real estate accounting of advantage Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Experience with accounting or administrative software desirable A responsible, structured and independent and reliable operation
