You analyze business processes and identify AI optimization potentials. You work in a Microsoft-centric environment (M365, Dynamics 365, Azure), using Synapse/Databricks and MS Copilot. You are in active exchange with employees and teams, performing interviews and brief process observations. You develop and implement concrete improvements with AI tools. You carry out short trainings, workshops and 1:1 sessions to enable employees. You collect ideas for internal innovations and new digital products. You evaluate new AI tools and start best practices. Together with the team, you will learn which AI technologies are useful and show simple applications.

You have a degree in the field of (economic) informatics or Process management or brings a comparable qualification. You have a great interest in AI and digitalization issues and are open and motivated to learn new things. You have first knowledge and practical experience in using modern AI applications. You are strong, sensitive and proactive. You have first experiences in process analysis or digitization of workflows. You can easily explain complex relationships. You preferably have first experiences in training, change management or innovation. You don't meet all the criteria, but do you find yourself in some points? Then you'd like to get involved.
