After extensive integration, you are responsible for ensuring system availability Analysis and troubleshooting in operation (via ticket system) Administration of server infrastructures (servers, network, backup, firewall, MS-SQL data banks, virtualized environments) Communication and coordination in terms of technical tasks with customers' IT managers Creation of operating documentation in our ITSM tool Proactive inclusion of technological innovations and findings
