Construction and maintenance of a structured market and competitive understanding for mining trucks and subsystems (competition screening) Deduction of commercial benchmarks (target costs, price/performance positioning) Commercial support of development projects for new truck generations Assessment of Business Cases, TCO and Platform and Scaling Approaches Support for Make‐or-Buy and Standardization Decisions Central interface between market, customer and internal development Introduction of market and competition perspective in technical reviews and roadmaps Translation of customer requirements into commercial target sizes Active participation of the strategic development partnership with the Mining-OEM Observing competitive movements and early detection of relevant market and technology trends Conducting recommendations for portfolio and technology strategy

Successfully completed studies in the field of economic engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or comparable study programme Multiannual professional experience in product management, strategic sales Commercial Management and Business Development Funded understanding of drive and electronics systems in the environment of mining applications and cost structures of complex industrial products Very good knowledge of English and German in word and writing Market and competitive competence, entrepreneurial thinking, enforcement and persuasiveness International readiness
