As a consultant:in and developer:in the area of Robotic Process Automation, you will take care of the analysis of existing business processes and identification of automation potentials as well as the planning and control of RPA projects. To do this, you will take care of the creation of process analyses and documentation of automation possibilities. Solution Design, implementation and provision of customer-centred RPA solutions are also part of your field of activity. To do this, you will take care of the programming, configuration and adaptation of software robots, the execution of tests as well as the troubleshooting and optimization of the automation solutions using a modern RPA tool such as UiPath, Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere. Integration of your solutions into existing IT landscapes. You continue to warn and develop existing RPA bots, focusing on the performance analysis, the introduction of updates as well as the error analysis and fixation. Furthermore, you train and advise internal stakeholders. In your field of activity, this includes the creation of training materials, the implementation of workshops and support in the use and development of RPA solutions. Cross-border cooperation with all IT and specialist departments poses no challenge to you. Ensuring governance and compliance in the area of RPA, developing security policies and coordination with data protection and IT security teams is not a hurdle for you. You have a completed master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification or training. Multiannual and relevant experience in implementing RPA projects using current modern tools. You have know-how in methods and tools for process analysis and optimisation, ‐monitoring / ‐controlling and bring multi-year, relevant experience. You also have experience in project management, stakeholders:internal management and change management. Knowledge of software development and script languages, basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, VBA and C# are of advantage for you. You can also understand API interfaces and databases (SQL, JSON, XML). You have basic knowledge of process modeling, for example BPMN. You preferably have prior knowledge of Signavio as well as understanding business processes and process optimization. A deep understanding of the integration of RPA into existing IT environments, including working with APIs and meeting typical challenges in complex IT system landscapes, do not challenge you. Communication and consulting skills, you like to go to the ground and have a conceptual ability as well as a structured, process-oriented and solution-oriented way of working. Experience in agile project work and a very high level of commitment, sense of responsibility and independent work and decision-making competence are not foreign words for you.
