Self-fulfilment of input and series-accompanying tests in the field of hydrogen storage systems3D measurement of components by means of laser scanning (keyence) performing physical material tests (e.g. tensile, DSC and TGA tests) WE testing of metal and plastic components

Preparation and implementation of burst, pressure cycle and leak tests on hydrogen pressure tanks Conducting ZfP tests according to standard on welded components (usually visual inspection) Documentation of all measurement results in the CAQ system Release of conformer goods and blocking of defective goods Creation and further development of work and test instructions

(m/w/d), industrial mechanic (m/w/d) or similar Found experience in quality control in series production and safe handling of measurement technology First professional experience as a material tester in the field of non-destructive material testing after certification, ideally in the automotive industry Certification in the field of ZfP testing stage II (in particular DIN EN ISO 9712, VTII) Ideally experience with hydrogen-carrying components and/or automotive projects Self-employed, structured and team-oriented work
