Training Coordinator - Technical Training Center * (m/f/d)

You make learning experienceable and carry out self-responsive training in the technical training center – focusing on the “plant and network management” directive in low and medium voltage. Your trainings give safety in action and strengthen confidence in your own competence You accompany people in their development by teaching content in a practical, comprehensible and at eye-level – so that theory is really important in everyday work You actively shape training content and contribute to the further development of guidelines and learning content in internal and cross-company working groups. You develop modern training concepts by reflecting, improving existing training and developing new learning formats for future requirements You share your didactic know-how, support training from other areas of our TTC portfolio and strengthen knowledge transfer across the company

You have a high-level or technical college degree in electrical engineering or are master / technician – and bring a deep electrotechnical understanding from practice with You are routined in working in the switched-off state in the distribution network and know the processes so well that you can explain them in a comprehensible manner You have a low-voltage and medium-voltage switching authorization and are sure to use equipment including Smart-Grid components You know relevant standards, regulations and internal guidelines and can clearly define and convey their meaning You are happy to prepare knowledge in a didactic way, to accompany learning progress and to respond to different types of learning Security is more than a rule for you: You live a high sense of security because you know that proper behavior protects life, creates confidence and makes professionalism visible – in training as well as outdoor use.
