With expert knowledge, esprit and a small hand for communication, you advise the high level of resources and multinational companies and are for their financing or Credit transactions the senior authority. You work holistically and are involved from financial analysis, structuring transactions and preparing credit offers to completion of transactions, take over the independent creation and auditing of credit agreements, as well as the negotiation of legal frameworks with your customers. In addition, i.e. after completion of the transaction, you will remain and take responsibility in the ongoing monitoring of your customer portfolio with regard to commercial and risk aspects. In both national and international cooperation with both Corporate Sector Lending and other departments, such as syndication, risk management, legal department and corporate customer support, you can easily coordinate invitations for transactions and support the acquisition of new customers. The entire team will benefit from your commitment, as you encourage the transfer of knowledge to product and market development and as a mentor*in and coach to further develop your team members. Last but not least, you are passionate about implementing our sustainability goals and active balance sheet management.

Very well completed study of economics or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience and exceptional services in a transaction-driven environment Deep knowledge of financial markets, business and credit analysis as well as credit products and the negotiation, structuring and implementation of credit transactions Practice in the negotiation and placement of credit agreements and strategic C-level dialogue with customers Excellent analytical thinking, negotiation skills and strong entrepreneurial thinking and acting Strong in self-organisation and stakeholder management Focus on sustainable business and responsible decision-making German and English flowing in word and writing
