Senior Consultant ServiceNow HRSD (m/f/d)

As Senior Consultant ServiceNow (m/w/d), you contribute to the realignment, development and implementation of infrastructures and modern HR technologies at international customers. Consultation: You are strategically and conceptually involved in complex HR and HR IT transformation projects and thus contribute to the further development of ServiceNow HRSD. Hands on: To do this, you design HR Solutions, define the employee experience of tomorrow, perform workshops with customers and develop solutions for HR digitization or future of work. Technology: You are directly involved in implementing solutions in the ServiceNow context (Web, Mobile, Chatbots, HR Cloud, Artificial Intelligence) as well as other cloud-based HR solutions such as SuccessFactors, Oracle & Workday. Responsibility: You take first leadership tasks towards customers & junior colleagues: inside the workstream management of large system implementations or project management for smaller projects. You also support the creation of the offer. Innovation: In addition, you will contribute to the further development of existing consultancy tools and focus on expanding our HR Transformation Practice. You always keep the current market trends in mind.

At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of HR Transformation, HR IT and HR Digitization or experience in operational personnel management across the entire Employee Lifecycle Knowledge of HR Strategy, HR Process Design and HR Operating Model HR Service Delivery as well as with ServiceNow HRSD, an advantage is a ServiceNow CSA or CIS HR Certification High IT affinity, first experience in the introduction of cloud based HR systems (ideally with ServiceNow) as well as good knowledge in project and stakeholder management Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, analytical and conceptual ability as well as presentation and moderation capability readiness to travel and German and English very well in word and writing
