First contact point for employees, guests and external contact persons Professional reception and support of the telephone center Date management and organisation and preparation of meetings Processing of input and output mail Management, procurement and storage of office and consumables Optimization and coordination of general office and secretariat processes Support for business trips, corporate events and preparation of meetings

Closed commercial training, ideally in the areas of office management, hotel industry or event management Multiannual professional experience in Office Management, Secretariat or at reception High level of time and organization management Willingness to work in the rolling 2-layer system (8:00 - 18:00) Strong team capability paired with self-initiative and self-employment German and good knowledge of English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office 365
