Customer Service clerk, preferably automotive salesman (m/f/d)

At AutoTerminal you support us as a specialist (m/w/d) with your commercial know-how in all processes of customer support and order processing: You are an interface between your customer base and the operatives on site. When you process customer orders, you will have all the steps in mind – from order acquisition to appointment queries to runtime monitoring. Solution-oriented, you process complaints from customers – at the same time you greed at eye level and always meet the right sound. As an all-round talent, you support your team with further administrative tasks.

You're open to new things, you're flexible on challenges and you like to take responsibility. You will also bring: Your basis is a completed commercial training in the field of forwarding and logistics services, office management and in the industrial or automotive environment. In addition, you could gain first professional experience in customer service, customer service or order processing, ideally in automotive logistics. You always trade customer-oriented, convince by team spirit and take your tasks autonomously, structured and powerful. MS Office and good English skills are your everyday life. With the Class B licence and your own car you are mobile and therefore independent of bus and train.
