At the closest possible time we are looking for you as a road, service and circulation planner:in (w/m/d) for Autokraft GmbH at the Flensburg site. Your tasks:

Creation and adaptation of road, service and circulation plans Creation of service plan documents, driver cards and operational overviews Maintenance of master data and further development of network and line planning Comparing contractual requirements with the real operating conditions Examination of the feasibility of planned transactions and services in the supply process - with adaptation if necessary Interface function between operating council, team management, driving staff, control centre and branch Detection and evaluation of external infrastructure (e.g. holding points, break spaces, turning possibilities) Determination and evaluation of operational key figures and performance data Preparation of billing bases for the driving personnel employed Support for make-or-buy decisions to develop viable operating concepts

Your profile:

A commercial vocational training with relevant professional experience in transport planning and disposition in the ÖPNV, alternatively a completed study (e.g. in the field of traffic management, business management, logistics, transport, or a similar field) Knowledge of driving, service and circulation planning (ideally with planning software such as IVU.plan or comparable tools) Analytical and conceptual skills for efficient creation and optimization of road and service plans Designed economic and transport organizational understanding, in particular with regard to orbit and personnel optimization Secure handling of MS Office in particular Excel; Knowledge of industry-specific software (e.g. IVU.plan, FBS) is advantageous Communication and coordination capability in handling internal interfaces (disposition, personnel planning, operating management) Self-structed, structured and time-to-face working and high self-initiative and sense of responsibility
