Travel Security Manager -Part-time 20 hours- (m/f/d)

Construction and further development of the travel safety management system. Design and implementation of a tailor-made safety management system that meets the specific requirements of internal processes and international business trips. Continuous analysis and adaptation of system architecture. Close coordination with the external service provider that takes over risk monitoring and assistance. Development and implementation of standardized processes for monitoring, evaluation and response to safety-relevant events. Regular monitoring of the functioning of the safety management system by internal audits and evaluations of the security data provided. Support for internal stakeholders in the interpretation and application of security-relevant information and implementation of measures in crisis situations. Development of emergency plans and scenario analyses in coordination with the external service provider.

You have completed vocational training for the tourism businessman. You have a multiannual professional experience in the field of travel security and comprehensive knowledge of the travel industry, including the specific requirements and challenges of business trips. You have experience and training in emergency and crisis management. You have the ability to evaluate security data, identify vulnerabilities and identify long-term trends. Safe handling of IT-supported management systems and the ability to evaluate and implement technical solutions in the security context. Embossed communication skills to understand complex security concepts and act as a central contact person. You have good language skills in German and English, as well as ideally knowledge of other foreign languages. Ability to work under pressure and also to keep a cool head in stressful situations.
