Process Manager Material Management ERP Systems (m/f/d)

Design the future of modern shipbuilding with us. In this position you play a central role in the material management of our national and international marine projects. You ensure that constructive requirements, material data and processes interlock efficiently, transparently and reliably in the future. Bring your expertise and become part of an interdisciplinary environment! Your tasks at a glance: You develop material management, in particular in the field of master data, article, device and piece lists within our ERP system. As an interface between design, IT, purchasing, warehouse and controlling, you will ensure the technical coordination and represent the interests of the construction departments in workshops and regular appointments. The new installation and maintenance of promotion-standardized material (WSM) is also your responsibility, as well as ensuring high data quality and topicality across several shipyard locations. Proactively identify optimization potentials, develop solution-oriented approaches and, if necessary, support their implementation in ongoing projects. In addition, you promote knowledge transfer by providing training for employees of the design and contributing to a transparent, company-wide documentation of professional content.

Completed studies in industrial engineering, in a technical or commercial field (e.g. mechanical engineering, production technology) or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience (approx. 2-5 years) in materials engineering, ideally in shipbuilding, plant construction, steel or pipeline construction Very good organization and process understanding as well as experience in process optimization (e.g. lean management) Knowledge in handling ERP systems and experience in managing and supporting IT projects Embossed communication strength in German and English as well as safe handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ready for occasional international missions (approx. 10%)
