• Coordination of appointments, meetings and business trips - correspondence and communication in German and English - organizing internal and external events, as well as preparing the board meetings - managing and maintaining the office and storage structures - performing general office activities

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification - Professional experience in the field of secretariat or assistance of advantage - Safe handling of MS Office applications as well as reliable English skills - Organizational institution with a structured working method - Communication strength, team capacity and discretion
