You take care of the technical building management calls – always with a view to the individual requirements of our customers. You create cost estimates and performance directories that sit. Together with our department and group leaders, you calculate company management and maintenance offers. You get maintenance offers from suppliers and after-contractors – and always keep an overview. At acquisitions, you will introduce your know-how, advise professionally and support our offer management. You want to further improve our costing processes and actively introduce your ideas. You work with uniform benchmarks for technical building management. During the reaction, you are also involved – for example in the case of post-calculations or adjustments of amounts.

Training in technical facility management or a commercial qualification with technical background As an alternative: a training on master level or a commercial training (e.g. as an industrial businessman) with interest in technical topics Or: You are a professional beginner:with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Facility Management – also top! First experience in costing and dealing with standards and guidelines in the FM would be super You are well organized, can set priorities and never lose sight of the essentials Knowledge of the maintenance and operation of TGA systems (e.g. DIN, VDMA, VDE, VdS) is a plus You know about IT systems like CAFM – or you want to work in there
