Professional and disciplinary leadership of a Bundled Services Team consisting of bAV administrators and mathematicians and actors Control, analysis of tasks in the team (project management, efficiency, capacities, processes, etc.) and preparation of team-related information for management and further development of team members Advising our customers on tax and labour law as well as on balance sheet issues on existing pension systems as well as other personnel obligations (e.g. jubilee and part-time) Management and actuary of customer pension systems Quality assurance: Check and Peer Review of work results

Successfully completed studies of (economic) mathematics, BWL (Bachelor, Master or Diploma) or comparable qualification Advantageously, but not absolutely necessary, already collected practical experiences are in the function of a group or team management Embossed entrepreneurial thinking, team skills and self-initiative and customer-oriented action and thinking Multiannual professional experience in occupational pensions advantageously, ideally also in the field of bAV administration High IT affinity, e.g. experience in complex data processing Very good knowledge in Excel as well as good knowledge in Word and Power Point Self-employed working with high operational readiness, communication strength, safe occurrence and service-oriented thinking Good knowledge of the labour and tax law of occupational pensions and of the actuarial assessment Very good German and ideally good English language skills in word and writing
