Working Student IT Support / Helpdesk (m/f/d)

To support our IT team, we are now looking for a dedicated and reliable personality as a working student (m/w/d) IT. You get valuable insights into the IT structures of a modern industrial company and can actively contribute to the further development of our IT services.

Support in 1st Level Support / Helpdesk (ticket editing, troubleshooting, base-troubleshooting) Participation in the onboarding of new employees (device of accounts, preparation and output of terminals, support of the start process) Establishment and management of IT devices (laptops, mobile devices, peripherals) Working with the development and documentation of ITSM processes (e.g. incident, request or asset management)

Continuous study of computer science, business informatics or a comparable subject Basic knowledge of Windows client environments and Microsoft 365 Ideally first contact points with ticket or ITSM systems Embossed service orientation and joy in supporting users Communication strength and structured, careful operation Responsible and reliable operation

Nice to have First practical experience in IT support or in a technical side job Basic understanding of ITIL/FitSM or interest to develop in this area
