Support in 1st Level Support / Helpdesk (ticket editing, troubleshooting, base-troubleshooting) Participation in the onboarding of new employees (device of accounts, preparation and output of terminals, support of the start process) Establishment and management of IT devices (laptops, mobile devices, peripherals) Working with the development and documentation of ITSM processes (e.g. incident, request or asset management)
