You advise global leaders in the field of operations in the analysis and design of digitalization strategies and optimising business processes using agile methods such as SCRUM and SAFE Designing and implementing innovative practical software solutions in the field of service and maintenance management You identify customer needs and market developments to develop suitable solutions and their successful implementation You develop customer-specific business cases based on current trends: Sustainability Digitization (e.g. Product-as-a-Service, Digital Product Twin, Process Mining) You use state-of-the-art technologies and development of use and demo cases for digitalization in the field of service and maintenance You will be responsible for (partial) project You advance the development of our consulting portfolio and support acquisition and pre-sales activities

You have successfully completed your studies in economics, computer science, engineering or a comparable degree programme Ideally, you have first practical experience in maintenance and/or service management or advice You are burning for innovative topics such as Industry 4.0, Predictive Maintenance or Data Driven Service Design To optimally advise our customers on site, you are ready to travel nationally and internationally Very good German and English language skills complete your profile
