Develop and establish a company-wide Data Governance & Data Quality Framework Design and expand the master data governance structures for one of the data domains Product, Business Partner or Finance Coordinate MDM initiatives and accompany the implementation of processes, role and responsibility models as well as data-stewardship concepts Together with departments and IT, define the future data model and develop data distribution scenarios along the system landscape Analyze and monitor the data quality in the relevant master data objects and conduct specific improvement measures Bring your know-how into the implementation of central systems, in particular SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce, and secure consistent master data structures and clean operational and conceptual implementation Support training and awareness measures for data governance, data quality management and MDM

Complete studies in the field of business information technology, data management, BWL or a comparable qualification Experience in Data Governance or Data Management Ability to analyze complex data structures and develop practical solutions Proactive and solution-oriented operation with focus on sustainable process improvements Openness for the use of AI tools and their integration into the workflows Structured and quality-conscious operation with pronounced process understanding Safe appearance and communication skills in exchange with departments and IT
