FP&A Manager (f/m/d) - temporary position

Tasks Responsibility for global financial planning, forecasting and management reporting at corporate and business unit level Creating and consolidating budget plans, deviation analyses and action recommendations for the Executive Committee and international management Control and further development of the global ESG reporting processes (cross-country and functional) - incl. Compliance with regulatory requirements and optimization of ESG data management in cooperation with Group IT Development and automation of reporting and controlling tools in an international multi-ERP/BI environment Support for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in exchange with local financial teams worldwide Implementation of Group-wide ad hoc analyses and business cases for executive decision support Business Partners for Global Areas (including Operations, Procurement, R&D, HR) - Sparring partners in financial issues, target deviations and action development Close cooperation with global stakeholders, national companies and the Group CFO

Skills Complete degree in Finance, Controlling, BWL, Mathematics or Similar At least 3 years of professional experience in the international RP&A or group controlling environment Experience in ESG controlling or controlling cross-border ESG data processes Excellent Excel knowledge, experience with BI tools (e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud) desirable Analytical thinking, structured working and high numerical affinity International communication strength and safe occurrence in a multicultural environment German and English knowledge in word and writing

The minimum salary for this position is gross 3,477,13 per month on a full-time basis (38,5 hours). A clear overpayment according to your qualification and experience is of course for us. The position is limited to 24 months (cardial representation).
