You take over the technical, personnel and economic management of the department and report directly to the regional board. You lead and develop the care services and employees of the department. You have a view of the economic situation of the area and take measures to achieve the agreed economic and qualitative objectives. You develop, implement and control central process standards as part of our quality management. You shall take over the reporting and application obligations to cost-holders, municipalities and the State of NRW. You support the care services in the management of the facilities and accompany the quality checks of the medical service. You further develop the field of expertise conceptually and take into account legal and economic changes in the field of business. You represent the department in specialised bodies as well as authorities, cost providers and other stakeholders. You conduct the coordination of the nursing kit negotiations with the department of our local office.

You have a high level of social and leadership competence, communication strength and sense of responsibility. You have completed university studies in health management, nursing science, business management or a comparable field of expertise. You bring several years of professional experience in health or nursing. Ideally, you were already active in the field of outpatient care. You could already gain management and leadership experience in corresponding positions. You act entrepreneurially and have a pronounced economic understanding. It features a modern and cooperative leadership style. You work independently, structured and solution-oriented. You have a class B licence. Affiliation to a ACK church is desirable.
