Team Lead, HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

Do you want to manage HR not only, but actively? Are you happy to lead people, to accompany change processes and to develop modern personnel work in a production environment?

As Teamlead HR Business Partner Production (m/w/d), you take on the operational and professional responsibility for HR work at several production sites and act as a central contact person for executives and employees. Your duties include: Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of a local HR team Advice and support of executives in all personal questions Responsibility for complex labour law issues, BEM procedures and trusted cooperation with the works council Control and implementation of strategic and operational HR projects Further development of recruiting, onboarding, talent and performance management processes Introduction and Optimization of Modern HR Processes and HR Systems Designing organizational development and change projects Further development of remuneration, benefits and health management concepts Analysis of relevant HR key figures and support for digitisation in the personnel sector Close cooperation with the management and production sites to implement a uniform HR strategy.

Successfully completed studies with a focus on staff, business management or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, ideally in the manufacturing or industrial environment First or multi-year leadership experience Experience in cooperation with works councils and good knowledge of labour law Experience in the independent management of HR projects Structured, solution-oriented and pragmatic mode of operation High communication and consulting competence at all hierarchical levels readiness to travel within Germany Experience with modern HR systems as well as interest in digitalization and AI-based working methods is advantageous.
