Your tasks:

As a theatre assistant, you are part of the management team of the CinemaxX Hamburg-Dammtor of currently about 9 team members. You are directly assigned to the theater director/theatrical director and have authority over the service staff. Your main tasks in detail: Management and coordination of the operating cinema business Guidance, guidance and motivation of the service staff Active support of the theatre manager in all operational tasks (such as day and month completion, personnel deployment planning, film disposition, marketing, orders) Organisation and accompaniment of special events, corporate events and other events Contact persons for guests, business partners and suppliers

Your profile:

You can't wait for the new blockbuster to start. You love being a host and conjuring a smile to others. You have a high organizational talent. Then this is the basic requirements for this position. In detail, you should bring: A completed commercial training in the gastronomy, hotel industry, system gastronomy or in the theatre sector or a corresponding completed university degree First professional experience in the field of cinema, theatre, hotel industry or gastronomy basic willingness to weekend, late, change and holiday services Communication strength and high organizational talent Structured and independent operation Flexibility and stress resistance Good knowledge of office communication and MS-Office Affinity and interest in film, culture and cinema
