The new AWO Kita “Am Rehberg” is currently being created in Sieversen in the municipality of Rosengarten. Perfectly located in the bacon belt of Hamburg, the new facility will offer space for two crib and three elementary groups from autumn 2025. Although Kita is still in the construction phase, colleagues, parents and children can look forward to this: generous spaces are planned for a lot of creativity, co-design and learning. In addition to the extensive space of movement, the outdoor area is naturally created to give the children room for their own experiences and discoveries. In their children's daycare centres, the workers' welfare is pursuing the goal of promoting children throughout their personal development and offering their facilities a family-supporting offer. The AWO daycare centres are open to all children of the various social, confessional and national groups. They thus form a differentiated, multilayered, forming and social learning environment. The main tasks include child-friendly implementation of the basic values of the welfare of workers, solidarity, tolerance, freedom, equality and justice. For our new kita in Sieversen we are looking for several pedagogical professionals (m/w/d) according to NKITAG § 9 para. 2 or educational assistants according to NKiTaG § 9 para. 3 and in full or part-time with 20.0 - 38.5 hours per week.
