EY-Parthenon Manager Real Estate Transaction Advisory (m/f/d)

In our Real Estate Team you will accompany our customers: in all phases of their real estate and infrastructure projects - from the first strategy to transformations to transactions. Our tasks are as diverse as the organisations we advise: ministries, housing companies and international corporations. With innovative approaches, practical solutions and a strong network within EY, we develop sustainable answers for the most exciting challenges in the industry.

As part of our Real Estate team in Munich or Stuttgart, you will advise large real estate projects in their development and implementation. Your extensive project management know-how combined with your property-specific knowledge will bring you in interdisciplinary teams and find competent customer-oriented solutions. Also in particularly challenging project phases you keep the overview and the threads firmly in your hand. The market is always one step ahead, proactive and familiar with the latest methods and technologies. In our team you will take on a variety of tasks, including: You advise national and international clients: in real estate transactions - from planning to signing. You are taxing buyer and seller-side property due diligence processes. You develop restructuring approaches for real estate and real estate companies, and you will develop reviews according to national and international standards. You conduct projects, coordinate multiple consulting assignments and develop your team professionally and personally. You build your real estate network and develop approaches to active market management.

You have an above-average degree in business, real estate, or business engineering, ideally with property-specific deepening. You bring at least five years of professional and leadership experience in real estate, Real Estate Transaction Advisory or in a real estate department. You convince with very good German and English skills, presentation strength, entrepreneurial thinking and a resilient network in the real estate industry.
