A specialist warehouse in the hospital is responsible for the efficient management and organization of the stock. Stock checks: Regular review of stocks to ensure the availability of necessary articles, implementation of inventory. Management of shelf life data: monitoring the shelf life data of medical products, ensuring that expired articles are removed in time. Commissioning and shipping: Compilation of deliveries: Precise picking of materials and products according to the requirements of hospital departments. Packaging: Secure and transport-proof packaging of the commissioned articles, taking into account specific packaging requirements for medical products. Delivery preparation: preparation and supplement of the necessary shipping documents, maintenance of shipping documentation in the corresponding systems. Proper delivery: coordination and monitoring of the timely dispatch of the goods to the respective hospital departments. Transport and Logistics: Internal transport: efficient distribution of goods and materials within the hospital, use of industrial trucks and other means of transport. Operation of conveyors: safe and competent handling of conveyors such as forklifts and transport trolleys. Process optimization: Identification and implementation of improvements in the internal logistics processes to increase the efficiency and reduction of throughput times. Ensuring hygiene standards: Hygiene regulations: compliance with strict hygiene standards in the storage and handling of medical products, training of employees in hygiene-relevant topics. Cleaning: Regular cleaning and disinfection of storage area, maintenance and maintenance of storage equipment.
