Head of Practical Nursing Training (m/f/d)

Hahne Residenzen – Design everyday life and quality of life for people who need support and community. Take responsibility for our practical care training and develop a uniform understanding of training across all care areas together with the training coordinators. In doing so, you combine leadership, quality of training and conceptual development and shape the interface between nursing school, practical sites and external sites. Leadership & Development: Leadership and professional development of the associated training coordinators. Training management: ensuring proper and economic management of the practical training area within Hahne Holding. Quality of training: evaluation of professional audits and audits as well as derivation and implementation of appropriate measures to ensure and further develop the quality of training. Interface management: coordination of cooperation between nursing school and practice sites as well as the organisation of external practice assignments. Training development: Conceptual further development of practical nursing training within Hahne Holding as well as the design of a smooth transition of trainees to professional life.

Complete nursing training, training on the practical instructions as well as completed bachelor studies in the field of nursing management, nursing studies or nursing education. Professional experience: experience as a practical guide or in training coordination. Leadership experience: First experience in managing employees is of advantage. Training practice: Ideally experience in the care and support of several trainees. Working methods: Structured, independent and responsible working methods as well as organisational strength and resilience. Communication & Collaboration: Communication strength, team orientation and safe handling of different internal and external contacts. Driving licence: Class B driving licence.

Location: Area- and location-wide within Hahne Holding. Hours: Full-time with 40 hours per week. Type of contract: Unlimited. Working hours: sliding time from Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. Mobile work: In exceptional cases, a day of mobile work is possible per week. Payment: For a weekly working time of 40 hours, your annual gross salary is between €77.300,00 and €80.400,00. In addition, you will receive a monthly supplement of €190 gross and a management premium of €100 gross monthly.
