The management and monitoring of the project goals in terms of dates, quality and performances take you with a holistic view of the overall project You set up schedules and schedules for planning and construction services and continuously optimize them together with the project participants Task and action management during the entire planning and implementation phase is your responsibility You develop deviation analyses, target-actual comparisons and scenarios taking into account project-specific risks For active risk management, you evaluate risks, prepare decision bases and tax appropriate countermeasures You act as a trusting consultant:in the project management and coordinate internal and external project participants You actively participate in the award of planning and construction services, the plausibility of planning results and the enforcement of contractual obligations

Your profile:

A completed degree or university degree in the field of civil engineering, economics with a focus on construction or a comparable degree with corresponding professional experience forms your technical basis You have knowledge of Lean Construction and ideally have experience with the Last Planner method as well as in appointment control The safe handling of MS Project, iTWO and MS Office is of course for you You work independently, structured and result-oriented and bring the necessary flexibility in the project everyday A decent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working distinguishes you Motivation, optimism and joy in team collaboration Enforcement, self-confidence and strong communication and team skills complete your profile
